An accomplished professional and seasoned entrepreneur, Sandeep deftly handles several roles at Brawn Globus. As Managing Director, he’s responsible for the course the firm takes, directing its growth and development. Currently, his emphasis is on building the organization into a world-class, value-driven interior consultancy practice, and a leading player in project management. He also heads the Build vertical and is the firm’s customer services lead.

Sandeep holds a B. Tech in Civil Engineering, along with a PGP ACM from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research). His stints at premier real estate services firms such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman and Wakefield, as well as Gherzi Eastern Limited, bring valuable work experience and knowledge to the table.

He has led the Brawn Globus team in establishing some of the most advanced IT Parks and SEZs, across millions of square feet and nurtures the organization’s continuous evolution. A firm believer in the ‘Power Of the People’ Sandeep is passionate about creating work opportunities wherever he can and also actively volunteers with several NGOs.

Asim is an experienced real estate professional who has been successfully advising clients to develop & implement corporate real estate strategies across regions for more than two decades. Asim's process-oriented approach and excellent analytical skills alongwith deep understanding of the commercial real estate markets has helped him in proficient representation of the client’s interests in transactions spanning over 10 million sq ft of office space.

He has worked closely as part of project teams with senior executive stakeholder accountability. Vastly experienced in ability to manage complex stakeholder issues and executing programs as per agreed business strategy.

Asim holds an MBA with Distinction from Griffith University, Australia and has extensive experience in EMEA, India & SE Asia. Previously, he has held senior leadership positions with CBRE, JLL and C&W based out of Singapore, India & UAE.

Satish has more than two decades of experience and is known for his creative design approach, innovative problem solving and exceptional client service. He approaches difficult design challenges by giving emphasis to an idea and then following a step-by-step approach to discover simple technical solutions. Satish’s design process includes Discover, Define and Design. He believes in sustainable architecture, and in blending both art and technology. He uses his strong communication and managerial skills to steer design teams and build consensus among clients, stakeholders and consultants.

With a B. Arch. degree from NIT Bhopal, and an MBA from Fore School of Management, Satish has immense experience in the field of architecture, interior and retail—designing corporate offices, high-end residences, hotels, department stores, food & beverages outlets, airport retail facilities, etc. In previous avatars, he has worked with Dutt Designs, Jones Lang Lassalle, ITC Hotels, Barista Coffee Co. Ltd. and Shoppers Stop Ltd.

Sudhir Sah is Founding Director at Brawn Globus. A civil engineer by training, with an experience of thirty-one years in construction and the corporate fit out industry, Sudhir has extensive experience in techno-commercial matters pertaining to projects and has successfully negotiated many contracts on fixed price, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), lump sum turnkey basis and item rate contract, depending on the level of clarity and the detailing of construction drawings, site conditions, risk assessment and technical specifications. On several occasions, he has recommended possible value-engineering exercises to clients and their representatives, during the contract negotiation stage in order to improve considerably on project costs and scheduled objectives.

Salman Akbar carries an experience of more than 6 years. He is part of the team leading Project coordination and management. Salman pursued his Mechanical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

Reliable and focused professional, Salman is an integral team member consistently focused and dedicated to the company. He manages and escalates project activities in perspective with client’s business requirements, and also helps with the project schedule, quality control and delivery, as well as providing after sales support.

Ratika Verma is an interior designer and has spent more than six years in the design/construction management industry. She started her career as a project coordinator at Brawn Globus in 2010 and played an integral role in growing the business in India, before moving to New York in 2012.

While in New York, Ratika worked as a business development associate for a marketing and branding start-up, Good vs. Evil. In 2016, Ratika returned to Brawn Globus, and currently leads the effort in expanding the global footprint of the firm, with key focus on U.S. markets.

Saroj Bidawat is a visionary leader with 20+ years of expertise in Supply chain management. Her astute ability to identify strategic opportunities and optimize processes has consistently yielded remarkable results positioning her as a formidable presence in the industry. Her remarkable knack for resource optimization has translated into substantial savings for the organization making her a true pioneer in cost-effective management.
